We're hiring!
We're always looking for fun, motivated freelance paddleboard and kayak instructors to join our team at Richmond, Teddington and Kingston.
Our small and friendly team have taught over 12,000 people to paddleboard on the Thames in the last few years. Why don't you help us take that even further?
You will need to be able to deliver really safe, fun and informative sessions – where everybody, from complete beginner to experienced paddler, leaves having learned something new – and with a smile on their face!

One of either​

Paddle UK (formerly British Canoeing) Paddlesport Coach, Leader or Instructor, plus SUP Module
-
Water Skills Academy (WSA) Foundation SUP Instructor
-
British SUP Association (BSUPA) L1 Instructor​
-
Academy of Surfing Instructors (ASI) L1 Instructor​
-

As well as​​
-
Paddle UK Paddlesport Safety and Rescue Training (or ASI / WSA equivalent)​
-
Current Outdoor/Aquatic First Aid Certificate
-
Strong personal paddleboarding skill level

Extensive solo paddleboarding experience on rivers and tidal water

We'll meet up, have a chat, get you out on the river shadowing us, and if all goes well we'll have you working on the water soon!
If you don't have any water sports qualifications, but are interested in getting some experience working at our sites, then please feel free to contact us as well. We may be able to offer you advice on getting qualified, or a land-based role helping getting our customers on the water.
